梅雨に入り、湿度が高いのでジメジメして、やっと汗をかく季節になってきました。
みなさんはこのジメジメや汗をかくのがイヤだったりしますが
私はこれからの季節が大好きです。
汗をかくっていっても服がびっしょりになるほどまで汗をかかないので
逆に気持ちいい。やっと自分の体から毒素が出るような気がしてね。
本当は、いつもいつも汗をかくような暑いところで生活をしているほうが
自分の体が軽くって私には合ってるのよ。
明日は大阪ワークショップ。
週末はイベント続きで忙しいな。。。
横浜で見つけたあじさい。
この時期はあじさいですねー。ゆっくり鎌倉にでもたくさんのあじさい見にいきたいですー。
