先週日暮里のサルサクラブ「サルー！」へ初めて行ってみました。
日暮里周辺には高校時代の悪友が住んでいて１０代２０代の頃には
何度も出かけてきた思い出があります。
その悪友たちは結婚して子供がいるので今はめっきり会えなくなってしまったけどね。
○年ぶりに行った日暮里駅周辺の変わりように驚いたな。
まず駅が大きくなって改札口が増えていたし、
駅前には大きなマンションが建ったし、お店も増えたし。。。
まあ、それよりもサルサクラブ「サルー」は週末だったせいか多くのお客さまでにぎわっていました。
お店のオーナーらしき「おねえさま」がいろいろな方を紹介してくれて何枚も
名刺を頂きましたが、皆さんすぐ名刺が出てくるように手元に持っているのが感心。
私もマネしないと。。。
ちょうどその日のインストラクターのデモも見れたし、
○年か前に博多で私のレッスンに参加してくれた女性が「サルー」でインストラクターをしていたり。。。
時は流れているなーと感じ、サルサも進化していると実感しました。
都内に住んでいながらも行ったことのないラテンのお店があったり、
知らない方との出会いは何とも楽しいものでした。
あっ私は５月２４日土曜日にこの日暮里サルーでレッスンとデモを行いますので
下見に行ったのでしたー。
まっ、１０人くらいには顔を覚えてもらったかな。。。
